My ex boss.
I'm so grateful that throughout my career, I'm blessed with good bosses. Ada yang cool giler, ada yang bossy habis, ada yang fussy, ada yang mcm-mcm kerenah. Tapi, one thing in common about these people is.....off work time, semuanya baik-baik belaka. Setakat bergurau senda tu, boleh la. Kira takde la big barrier ke ape ke. Alhamdulillah.
So, this is my latest ex boss. Now dah jadi deputy director somewhere-somewhere. I never thought that she would ever leave the company but yela, career planning dia bagus la. Dia dah plan properly what she wants to do, what she wants in her life and she is very secretive but well planned type of person. Yang penting, tang agama, dia tak pernah neglect. Ahhh, bersyukur nya ada boss mcm ni.
She encouraged me to pursue my dream, she even helped out to write a reference for me. Baik sangat dia. Time kerja, she can be annoying...hahahahha....tapi mcm hari tu, time nak clear emails semua, baca-baca balik...oh yela, sometimes I did ask stupid questions. Hahahah...sorry la ye! Sebab yela, lain orang lain style nye. Sometimes stupid questions tu, hanya nak belajar cemane working style seseorang. I learned along my career that people have different styles and way of working. You gotta be flexi from one to another.
So, hari tu she invited me for lunch. Seronok la jumpa dia lepas dah lama tak jumpa. Usually we all keep in touch via whatsapp jela. Dia seorang yang merendah diri, so even if communicate dgn dia pun, takde la rasa awkward sgt. She shared about her plans, ask for opinion on how to do this n that, all the what-ifs, her experience time pergi UK teman husband belajar dulu, menarik la. Byk input bila berborak dengan dia. A very nice lady. Syukur that our paths have crossed.
So, this post is dedicated to her. She recommend me in joining K and she has done a lot for me. Thank you very much. Jasamu dikenang. Chewahhhh... :)
